Our story
Founded in 2012 to fix a broken experience
Our founder, James Whitmore, spent 15 years in corporate practice watching entrepreneurs get lost between solicitors, accountants and formation agents — each charging separately, none talking to each other. Meridian was built to end that: one team, one portal, one accountable partner for your company's entire statutory life.
Today our specialists — company secretaries, an FCCA-qualified accounting team and a senior corporate counsel — support founders, freelancers, property investors, e-commerce brands and international entrepreneurs from our office at 20-22 Wenlock Road in London.
